“Las Jobas® – Fabulous Jobs Only” is a double-goal project:

  • Submit unconventional professional opportunities and memorable life experiences to young qualified students (“fabulous jobs only”)
  • Enable companies to generate an innovative “employer branding” activity, often through the creation of high impact unconventional events (according to a Monster research, 83% of millennials candidates want to work for companies whose values correspond to theirs). This activity has a strong social value, as it reverses the widespread storytelling around youth employment: through Las Jobas®, young people not only find a job, but, furthermore, they find it cool.
