Job description | From organising household bills, booking cleaners, reporting maintenance issues in the home or being in to receive packages, Home Hero takes care of the tasks that people don’t want to, so that they can find the time for what really matters in life. The candidate is the human heart to the service. There are heroes in every neighbourhood who project manage customers’ tasks, working to make their lives easier and managing taskers to work through their domestic “To do” list. Neighborhood Heroes also bring customers closer to their local area, organising monthly meetups and creating partnerships with local suppliers to introduce membership perks to company clients.
