Job description | Shape the proposition across strategy, marketing, buying & merchandising, operations and product & tech: work with marketing to plan and implement content, brand, email and acquisition strategy for the launch of the new business area; analyse competitor ranges, supplier data and industry trends to decide which product areas should be launched next; interact with suppliers to ensure the company has the products and information it needs to launch; test new proposition with customers and responding to their feedback; work with Product Manager and Developers to create a fantastic on-site experience for customers; update the company on progress against the launch timeline and how it affects their teams.

Compensation package | To be determined during the interview. The first contract will have a 3 months duration.

Candidate qualifications | Independent with an entrepreneurial mindset – happy to get stuck in and get stuff done; fluent in written and spoken english; accountable and organised with strong attention to detail and follow-through; great communicator with colleagues across the business and external partners (e.g. suppliers); a great problem solver with a can-do mindset; highly IT literate and proficient in Microsoft Excel; minimum 2.1 degree from a top tier university (or equivalent relevant experience).
