Job description | In order to assist all the internal hotel division clients, the Lodging Department assists in planning, integrating client experience concerning reception, cleanliness and recreational facilities (pools) and managing subcontracting (cleaning) at the 7 Disney® hotels. The Lodging Department is in charge of researching, anticipating and developing new products designed to meet the needs of our internal clients and our guests with a “2.0” vision and in line with hotel industry trends. Main duties: arrange, run meetings with various internal clients, service providers and/or suppliers; prepare presentations in French and English for internal clients and/or Management as well as U.S. counterparts; manage department projects independently and/or under management supervision; improve the Disney Guest experience by proposing alternative, innovative solutions in line with company strategy and the latest technologies; work in project mode on various issues: rehabilitating Disney’s Hotel New York, rolling out the new hotel management software as well as other projects in the pipeline for 2026; maintain, update internal pages on Workplace or other communication media.

Candidate qualifications | You are highly dynamic nature and are interested in developing your hotel industry skills in an international context; you are comfortable using new technologies; your natural empathy will help you meet your objective of satisfying every internal/external client, no matter what the situation; you are proficient in Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook) and can learn new programs quickly and easily; you speak excellent French (B2) and English (B2).
