Job description | As part of the marketing and digital team, work directly on artist and label campaigns to conceptualise and design a variety of assets including social media content, advertising assets, presentations and other related creative: design banners, digital and print advertising posters, presentations and marketing materials for use on artist and label campaigns; edit video and use motion graphics for music video trailers, lyric videos, tour footage and other content for use on social media platforms; liaise with the marketing and digital team to ensure delivery of creative is prioritised and on time; participate in creative campaign planning sessions alongside the marketing and digital teams; understand campaign objectives and how each digital project fits into the overall strategy; ensure that all creative output meets current accepted best practises in usability and design; keep up-to-date with the latest design and tech trends and communicating them to the wider team; potential for further creative input into campaigns such as logo and artwork designs.

Compensation package | To be determined during the interview. The first contract will last 11 months.

Candidate qualifications | Demonstrable portfolio of high quality, completed projects; in-depth knowledge and experience of Final Cut Pro (or equivalent) and Adobe Creative Cloud (especially Photoshop); passionate about design; keen eye for detail; able to work on multiple projects simultaneously; manage and prioritise high volume workload; hunger to learn and use new skills and techniques; highly organised and motivated; enthusiastic and engaging; calm under pressure.
